Now, I’m not talking about getting your child to eat more vegetables. That’s good, but what I’m referring to discovering the hidden trigger foods that could actually be causing or contributing to your child’s symptoms. When it came to healing my son’s eczema it wasn’t until we finally eliminated eggs from his diet 100% that his skin began to heal. Noah had food sensitivities to eggs, dairy, gluten, and a few other things. Once we figured it out, eliminated the offending foods, and started to heal his gut – his skin began to heal, too! I’ve seen similar healing effects in the hundreds of kids that I’ve worked with in my clinic! I teach parents to become food detectives so they can find suspected trigger foods, test to see if they’re problematic, and eliminate them if they are.
Eliminate the trigger foods and then the real healing can begin.
Chronic runny noses return to normal. Eczema goes away. Hyperactivity just becomes high energy. Asthma is a thing of the past. It’s quite amazing to witness!
