Jade Windscreen / Jade Screen for Prevention
An ongoing supplement for the prevention of colds throughout the season. I recommend taking twice daily to help boost your immunity.
Pei Min Kan Wan for Sinus Congestion
This formula is specifically for the sinuses. If you have a cold that clogs the sinuses or have post nasal drainage, this is for you!
Gan Mao Ling for the Common Cold
Take this herbal supplement a the first sign of a cold. If you want to stop a cold in its tracks before it goes full blown, when you first feel like your energy is dropping or you have the feeling a cold is on its way, this will knock it out before it progresses.
Plus, many more herbal formulas for specific cold, cough, and flu symptoms.
Of course, these are not the only formulas I have available. There are more complex formulas for specific coughs and other symptoms. Please feel free to reach out to us and we'll get you the formula you need!I also recommend the following for preventing and managing cold symptoms:
-
Eat warm, nourishing foods that are in season.
-
Dress appropriately for the winter weather.
-
Keeping your feet and neck warm (yes, even inside!)
